4YP provides services to support young people in making a successful transition to adulthood, through offering careers guidance, work experience projects, youth work and mentoring. We are a small team of multi-skilled professionals and have a strong track record of working with young people and their families in schools and in the community. 4YP currently has the contract from Bedford Borough Council to deliver open access youth clubs in the borough as well as being the delivery partner for Bedford Giving’s Taste of the Workplace and Career (Employability Skills) Mentoring projects.
