We are a small CIC providing social opportunities to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism:

- We hold regular nightclub and live music events.
- We provide nightclub and gig-style events for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- We have a Performing Arts Centre for adults with learning disabilities and autism, this is the home of the Living It Up band and the Living It Up radio station.
- We have a friendship and dating project for adults with learning disabilities and autism, Gr8 Mates.
- We are the host organisation for Gig Buddies Bedford, a befriending project for adults with learning disabilities and autism and volunteers.
