A local organisation dedicated to supporting disabled people, those with long-term health conditions, and unpaid carers to live independently and with dignity. We provide information, advice, advocacy, payroll and recruitment support, accessible training, and tailored support into employment. Our purpose is to reduce barriers, promote equality, and empower individuals by helping them understand their rights, access opportunities, and make informed choices, while ensuring disabled people’s voices are heard, valued, and respected within their communities and workplaces.
